Stripe revenue, synced into Google Sheets

Available at launch.

Stripe’s Dashboard is the system of record for payouts and disputes. RevenueSheet pulls charges, subscriptions, customers, and refunds into named tabs so you can QUERY, share, and stack MRR with Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Gumroad, and CSV imports in one sheet.

What syncs from Stripe

Connect a restricted read-only Stripe API key. The add-on backfills charges (as orders), subscriptions with MRR contribution, customers, and refunds into stable column headers, then scheduled sync keeps the sheet current on Pro and Business.

  • Charges to Orders tab (amount, email, status, country)
  • Subscriptions to MRR contribution and interval
  • Customers and refunds stay linked to the original charge

Sheets vs the Stripe Dashboard

Keep Stripe for payouts, Radar, Tax, and disputes. Use the sheet when you need custom cohorts, multi-source MRR, or a model your finance person already trusts.

  • Stripe Dashboard: payouts, disputes, Radar, Tax
  • Google Sheets: formulas, shared models, multi-source MRR
  • RevenueSheet: Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Gumroad and Stripe, plus CSV import for anything else

How to connect

Once you install RevenueSheet (at launch), open the sidebar, choose Stripe, and paste a restricted key with read access to charges, subscriptions, customers, and refunds. The add-on only reads; it never creates, edits, or refunds. Run Backfill once, then enable scheduled refresh on Pro or Business. For stores without an API, use CSV import in the sidebar.
