Lemon Squeezy analytics that stay in sync
Available at launch.
Lemon Squeezy is where many indie SaaS and course businesses start. RevenueSheet pulls store orders and subscriptions into Sheets so tax models, runway sheets, and multi-store MRR share one source of truth.
Importer details
Connect with a Lemon Squeezy API key. Lemon Squeezy doesn't document read-only or per-store API keys, so name the key RevenueSheet and delete it anytime. The first run backfills historical orders; later syncs are incremental. Refunds and subscription changes update the original rows instead of duplicating. The add-on only reads; it never creates, edits, or refunds.
- One store on Free/Pro; up to 20 stores on Business, one combined MRR
- Orders, subscriptions, customers, and refunds in named tabs you own
- Scheduled refresh on Pro and Business so the sheet stays current
MRR from Lemon Squeezy subscriptions
Active subscriptions contribute to the Dashboard MRR tile. Logo churn uses cancellations over a trailing window (default 30 days) divided by how many subscriptions were active at the start of that window; see How we calculate MRR and churn. One-time purchases land in net revenue without inflating MRR.
Combine with other stores
If you migrated part of a catalog to Polar, or still sell packs on Gumroad, add those sources on Pro. The Dashboard stacks MRR by source so you can see which platform is carrying growth.
