Polar analytics without leaving your spreadsheet

Available at launch.

Polar’s product UI is built for shipping. RevenueSheet is built for the operators who still open a Sheet every Monday, backfilling Polar history into named tabs and keeping MRR honest across marketplaces. Multiple Polar orgs need separate tokens and Business (up to 20 stores).

What syncs from Polar

Orders, subscriptions, customers, and refunds map into stable column headers. Amounts keep Polar’s currency; the Dashboard rolls MRR in your reporting currency from Settings.

  • Orders: product, email, amount, status, and date
  • Subscriptions: status, renewals, and monthly MRR contribution
  • Refunds stay linked to the original order

Why not the Polar dashboard alone?

Polar is excellent for one organization. When you also sell on Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, or you want QUERY against every invoice, a sheet with scheduled refresh beats copying numbers out by hand before every board update.

How to connect

Once you install RevenueSheet (at launch), open the sidebar, choose Polar, and paste an organization access token with read access to orders and subscriptions. The add-on only reads; it never creates, edits, or refunds. Run Backfill once, then enable scheduled refresh on Pro or Business.
